HOW DO I RECEIVE MY DESIGNS?

All media files and specifications for completed designs are expedited via e-mail or text or as otherwise specified by the designer.

 

HOW MANY REVISIONS CAN I MAKE TO MY DESIGN?

Only 1 revision is permitted after the initial review of any completed design.

 

DOES 338 RE-DESIGN WEBSITES CREATED BY OTHER WEB CREATORS OR AGENCIES?

RE-DESIGN prices only apply to designs previously created by 338 Designs. Contact 338 Designs for more information.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Debit or Credit via electronic invoice,  Cash App $338Designs are accepted payment options. No checks. No money orders.

 

REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS! I do not offer refunds in most circumstances because I can't refund the time and effort that has already been dedicated to a design. 338 Designs is a small freelance business.

Printing is offered for select designs. Most projects are design only and can be printed yourself or by any printing company for better quality. 

Slow responses to verification steps may delay completion time.

 

WEBSITE INFORMATION

A domain name is required to publish a website. Prices, terms, name availability and protection options may vary. These services are provided by outside companies. 338 Designs has a $20 maximum domain fee included in the pricing. If the domain name that you want costs more, you can pay the difference or choose another domain name. Already having a domain name does not reduce the price. Owner of the website is responsible for any recurring domain, website fees and other operations. 338 Designs offers basic web management for websites previously created by 338 Designs.

All website purchasers will be given access to their own website via username and password. 1 revision is allowed after the initial review (Slow responses to verification steps may delay completion time). The initial web plan fee (1st year) to connect an owned domain to your site is included in the purchase price. Unowned domains have a WiX URL. 338 Designs is not directly affiliated with or endorsed by WiX.com. 338 Designs is not responsible for technical issue that may arise with WiX.com.
